✩ You must credit us, please do not take credit for something you did not make.

✩ Please do not rush us with anything you order, if you need it by a certain day there will be a rush fee added (Asking for updates is fine!)

✩ Don't ask for anything to crazy, we are willing to try out certain styles and such but it is not 100% that we can do it.

✩ Before we ask for payment (for most commissions) we will send a watermarked version or send a screenshot showing that we are done with the commission.

✩ Do not ask for a refund after we are done with the commission and have sent it to you.
